Beautiful panoramic view from veranda. 5 min walking distance to the beach and 7-8 min - to bus stop. Good wi-fi connection. Rooms are located by the sides of the kitchen and separated each from other, so you can wake up and do something without the need to waking up your children You have two ACs in apartments and they are in right places - you can have comfort climate and you don't worry to catch a cold

Great location, close to Koukounaries beach. View towards the lake/sea, you could hear the waves in late evening or early morning. We had arrived late in the evening, however the owner -a very nice person -waited for us and showed the room facilities. The personel is also very helpful and we thank everyone for making the vacation successful. Room was sufficient for a small family. Definetely will book again when returning to Skiathos.

Very clean room with a fabulous seaview. The garden looks also very nice and the (short) walk down to the sea keeps you fit. It is great that you can reach Skiathos town easily by foot and the bus stop is also very near. The host was very kind and supportive. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Best location in Skiathos. The restaurant, Exantas, is right on the beach, and no more than 8 meters from the water. I will stay here again next year and pay extra for the ocean view. I booked the least expensive room (the only one available) which was in the second building of the hotel, behind the first building with no view of the beach or the ocean, and especially in the summer it would be SO worth it to have that ocean breeze and view. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning unit kept the room cool enough once I figured out how to turn it on, and the room was spacious with ample space and shelving to place luggage & clothing. The kitchen was functional and decor of the was simple but classy. Staff was friendly & helpful, the owner polite & knowledgable. He called a taxi to take me to the airport, which arrived 5 mins later. For a single female traveler it was very safe. I felt like I was in good hands. The room was quiet. I had one night in Skiathos and didn't feel the need to leave the property to enjoy Skiathos, since the hotel's restaurant, Exantas, had amazing food, atmosphere & beach proximity. The hotel has lounging beach chairs/beds with umbrellas which can be rented for the entire day. These chairs can be used for an hour or two for free, as the staff explained to me that waiters will come down once a day around noon to collect the daily fee from those who are using them, and if you only sit there for a couple of hours (leaving around 11am to pack and check-out like I did), it is likely you will be gone before they collect the daily fee. Get the chicken wrap for breakfast. OUTSTANDING.

The room was clean and large, offering also a kitchenette and a fridge. The location is excellent - just two minutes from the main street, easy to reach also from both bus stops no.3 and no.4. Denis was an amazing host - offered us a lot of info, food recommendation, arranged us a taxi for the airport in the last day and even offered us a souvenir. His cats are also very cute :)
