My husband and I stayed in Room 210, the room was amazing, and had a beautiful view of the sea so we were able to watch the sunset. Overall the vibe was super serene and peaceful, the hotel was not very busy when we stayed so sometimes we were the only people at the pool or the restaurant which felt nice, like our own private resort. The rooms, dining area, pool area and reception were all gorgeous and modern, and the scenery was also stunning. The staff were great, including Joanna at reception and George and Leonardo at the bar. The breakfast was really delicious and included everything that you could want. It had a hot station as well as cold cheeses and meats and breads. The area around the hotel is awesome, and includes a lot of restaurants and bars to visit for lunch and dinner. There are also supermarkets nearby if you want some cheaper food options or are staying in the suites. The beach is about a 10-12 minute walk away so it was easy to visit by foot. My husband and I rented a car from the airport and drove to the property, and I am glad that we had a car to explore the surrounding area and the island a little bit more, but if you just want a relax by the pool type of trip, I don't think you need to rent a car, because everything is within walking distance. There was also a couple of friendly cats on the property and one of them had kittens when we were there, which was the cutest thing ever. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely return!

Lovely owners, fantastic pool, beautiful garden, delicious homemade croissants for breakfast along with a yummy buffet. Also, great location (especially if you love to catch sunsets!) Highly recommended!

The breakfast is very simple ,but it has everything you need to start your morning in full energy.The food is very good,quality products.They have this really good yoghurt and honey that you should try and many other things.The garden is very nice with a lot of trees and also palm trees.everything is very very clean.The pool is very clean and everything in general you can see it's very well mantained.The staff was very nice.Also very close to the beach it's like 3-4 minutes walk.

FANTASTIC HOTEL 10 MINUTES WALK AWAY FROM THE NIGHTLIFE OF SIDARI. A FEW STEPS OUTSIDE THE GATE AND YOU HAVE YOUR OWN QUIET PART OF THE BEACH, WHICH JUST HAPPENS TO BE ONE OF THE CLEANEST IN THE AREA. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND POOL AREA. VIEW FROM THE BALCONY ON THE SECOND FLOOR WAS WORTH THE MONEY ALONE. OWNERS WERE FANTASTIC AND WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN IF IM EVER BACK IN SIDARI

The property owner and team was exceptionally friendly, hospitable and helpful. The property is unique with great character and energy. The food in the restaurant was some of the bestI had in months of travelling. Everything was fresh, clean, warm and welcoming. This place has great vibe and I decided to extend my stay here. I also look forward to passing through Sausan again if I come back to Corfu.

Host, Luigi is one of the most welcome person I've ever met. He has not only tried to help me with my lugagge, making it posiible to enjoy Kassiopi even longer, but also is so helpful with tips and advices of what you can visit, see, which beaches are worth to stay, which resturants are the most tasty etc. And the location of Villa Perris is just absolutely amazing - directly at the harbour - so you may enjou a night view of the harbour directly from a tarras, and it is so close to the Kanonini and Mpataria beaches. My room had am access to a common tarras on the back of the buidling making my stay even more enjoyable with the good food at the warm air next to my room, and playfull and friendky cats ;). I'm going to come back to Kassiopi which stole my heart, and to Villa Perris which made my stay so pleasant. Reccomend to everyone!

The location was superb close to the supermarket a bar which served food and the beach. The 1 bedroomed apartment we stayed in was huge and spotlessly clean with constant hot water and unusually for Greece a shower head at full height. The pool was fantastic with its own slide and again was really clean with plenty of sunbeds. There is also a large garden with sunbeds, hammocks garden swings as well as a play area. Marianna. Penelope and family are the perfect hosts and welcome all guests as friends and can't do enough for you like taking us to the big supermarket as its cheaper than the local ones, arranging and taking guests to the Greek night and the amazing sunset at 7th Heaven and are a wealth of information on where to eat etc. We have had a fantastic time in Sidari and will be returning 😀
