Awesome breakfast with a view! My sister loved the cappuccinos and all the food, fruit, and beverages were delicious. Emma and Josef were incredible hosts and gave us great recommendations for local food and activities, with directions too! The room was comfy and spacious. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of space to store stuff in the room. We had a great view of the fields from our window. Initially we thought the off suite shower and toilet would be annoying but it ended up being totally fine. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect. The unexpected little garden in the back for a late night glass of wine or early morning coffee puts this place over the top. The host made sure everything we would need was available. I can’t say enough about how amazing this stay was.

All units have an en suite shower room, along with bathrobes, a hair dryer and free toiletries.

Richard & Jenny were very understanding and accommodating, esp. given the fact that we arrived late at night due to our rental car breaking down and we had to wait 3 hours for roadside assistance. Breakfast was made to order and was very delicious. The location was ideal too—close to Clava Cairns, Culloden, and downtown Inverness and Loch Ness was a picturesque 30-min drive.

A very last minute decision to take my Mum away for the night to celebrate the end of January. Both the restaurant and hotel were a delight. Welcomed with a glass of champagne at the hotel and a room upgrade made it the perfect choice from start to finish. Staff were courteous and thoughtful 10/10. Room and room attendants were just lovely. Meal at the restaurant was a joy starting with a cocktail at the bar. I’ve already started to look at dates for return visit. Well done to the whole team.

The room was a good size, had lovely decor and was clean. It had everything you needed including a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities, dark curtains and air con. The plus was the Jacuzzi bath that I enjoyed immensley after running the Loch Ness Marathon. Bed was very comfy with soft white bedlinen. I will definately stay again. Plus all the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

A great pub/hotel! John the manager was so lovely & welcoming, such a gentleman. Much cheaper prices than in the CBD. Lovely atmosphere & not far from town. The room was comfortable but in hindsight I should have booked a bigger room even though John the manager offered us an upgrade which we were most appreciative of but declined due to settling in. Keep up the great work John & team! Thanks so much.
