Everything! It was super clean. Without exception the best b and b we have ever stayed in. Katarina was the BEST host. Super helpful and very warm and friendly. She gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area. Honestly I don’t know how she keeps the place so spotless and welcoming! Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful linen on the bed - big fluffy towels - daily cleaning of the room! Cake on arrival. Chocolates and bottled water each day. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Katarina x

Torbeag House is ideally located for visiting the Island of Skye, Glen Coe and Loch Ness. The Jacobite Steam train, as seen in the Harry Potter films, is a 15-minute drive away. Wildlife tours leave daily in season from Fort William or guests can relax on the many West Coast beaches. A number of historic Castles and Whisky Distilleries are a short drive from Torbeag House.

The view of Ben Nevis from the guest lounge and the terrace was magnificent (when it wasn't shrouded in clouds). The place has a lovely garden, and dozens of nice little touches everywhere. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a sustainable approach - you decide what you want to have. The host was very helpful with all sorts of tips. Definitely recommend.

Conveniently located in historic Fort William, with views of Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains as well as views of the River Lochy, Cuil Na Sithe offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, free on-site public parking, and easy access to the town centre, 10 minutes’ drive away.

Iain is a fabulous host, he even picked us up at the train station as we were strictly using public transportation. The place roughly translates to “corner of heaven” and it is aptly named. We walked to a lot of the places we needed. our room was beautifully laid out, breakfast was packaged and there was a lot of food. Room had tea, coffee, a kettle, a toaster and a small fridge which was wonderful for us on a budget!

The position is excellent to go on foot in the city centre. The landscape around the house is really good! Nic is really kind and also helped us with a problem we had with our rental car. The room was big, clean and the bed really comfortable. Nothing was wrong. We are really satisfied!

At the start of Glen Nevis, 10 minutes’ walk from Fort William town centre and 1 mile from Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain, this guest house offers Scottish breakfasts and rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory and includes porridge or a hearty cooked option. The eggs are locally sourced and if you need to leave early, a packed breakfast can be requested.

Steve and Cathy were wonderfully welcoming and glad to make suggestions of easy hikes that were great for my mom. The breakfast was wonderful and made to order. The whiskey oatmeal was a special treat! Easy to walk into town - 10 min max but we were there in April and parking down town was no trouble at all

A wide-ranging breakfast menu is served in the dining room, with views over the serene garden. Cooked and continental options are available, and guests can also enjoy traditional Scottish porridge.

Owners friendly outgoing and very helpful with suggestions on things to see and do that you might not get in a guidebook. They also went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautifully kept spotlessly clean, well furnished. Proximity to town was perfect. Porch was especially fun to relax on and watch the world go by as the sun set over the loch.

The property was modern and welcoming with friendly staff. Check in was very quick, the room was lovely and the complimentary snacks were a welcome sight. The added touches of the highland soap company toiletries was a lovely luxury - they are a personal favourite. The breakfast was perfect: so much to choose from and the staff could not be anymore helpful.

This was a very very expensive room for what the experience actually was. The food in the restaurant was delicious though and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we paid I expected more luxury and grandness. I would not go back although I enjoyed my stay for the one night. The property surrounding the castle was lovely. Nice and quiet with beautiful grounds.

Lovely room, jacuzzi bath was lovely, nice bottle of prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch! Stunning view, bed was comfy, some breakfast snacks provided, and microwave and fridge was good to have. We also got a little visit in the garden from what i'm assuming was a neighbors cat, very sweet and friendly, made a cat lovers stay even more enjoyable!

The amenities were brilliant! Especially the jacuzzi hot tub! They also left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge - which was a lovely surprise!! The coffee and mini breakfast spread they left for us was very substantial for those days when we wanted something really quick in the morning! Would love to stay again - 5 Stars!!!

The location was superb and breath taking, along with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the room we were in, which had a amazing jacuzzi bath in the adjoining room. The view you see in the photos is exactly what you see from relaxing in the jacuzzi ( outstanding ) a lovely and welcoming gesture of a bottle of bubbly waiting in the room was a very nice touch, thank you. we came back of a evening and chilled out in this wonderful set-up and wished we could of stopped longer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from, the Smoked Salmon and scrambled egg is amazing. Andy and Carole were amazing hosts and arranged everything that was required for a perfect stay, down to the finest detail, which having cotton buds, cotton wool and cotton pads was lovely. We felt very relaxed and their knowledge of the area was great for places to eat and things to see.
