I liked the central location and the proximity to the metro. Also, the bed was comfortable and the safe in the room came in handy. At the reception, they were most kind and they received a parcel for me that I needed.

I would like to thank the staff for having been so caring and exceptional with us. I was travelling with a baby and my two older parents and they went above and beyond to help them (when I was not there during the day), to help them with the stroller the few steps that there were. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Enjoyed the fitness centre and adjoining swimming pool. Very centrally placed hotel (800m from Cathedral) and convenient secure parking garage right by the hotel with separate entrance.

The hotel is very well located and allows us to walk around the city with ease. There are great options of cafes, snack bars and restaurants around. The room is comfortable, there is a safe and a desk, as well as a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with a good walk-in shower. The staff was attentive at all times, especially when we had to extend our stay. Very rich breakfast, with several options, all very tasty.
