incredible location. walking distance to the cathedral. beautiful hotel. elegantly decorated. great spa area. staff was AMAZING! especially Ike and Roman. they went out of their way to be friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!

The transportation to the hotel is very easy. Winston Churchill station is in front of the place. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are very clean and have modern design. Wifi is fast. We will definitely revisit on our next visit to Strasbourg.

Great value for the money, lovely spa area and nice, clean and comfortable room. Ca. 15 mins to the city center by tram. It’s located at a busy road but that didn’t bother us.
