Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, it is up the hill but only 35/40 min from the beach/ town centre. We walked but there is a bus stop very close by as well. The owner Alberto was very attentive and kind. He even told us about the surroundings and the nice places we could visit. The breakfasts were amazing! Every morning, apart from the generous basket of pastries, we got to taste a specialty from the region. The cleaning ladies were very kind too. ALSO the AC was a big plus!! In all, everything was perfect and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

I can only speak in superlatives about our stay and the hotel itself. The room was superb, the location and most importantly the staff were outstanding. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience possible. We did book breakfast as well, which was absolutely amazing, huge selection of fresh and tasty options.

Perfect location, 2 minutes to the beach, less than 10 minute walk to Nice Ville and Jean Matin stations. The closest area is full of restaurants. Spacious room, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and toilet look freshly renovated. The downstairs kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to prepare a breakfast and even a hot meal. Locked refrigerators - brilliant idea.
