The staff were extremely kind, and helpful they guided us through the main areas of the city and on how to reach the most convenient way to reach the airport.. the management was also very kind they offered us a complementary breakfast.. I strongly recommend this hotel to families and will stay here again if i ever visit Lyon in future.
