Very nice and cozy hotel. Small room, but has everything you need (including iron). Very close to the station, very close to the beach , very close to everything :) If I have to go again to Antibes I will choose the same hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect location, close to the beach, train station and restaurants. Great breakfast with eggs, fresh bread, cheese, yogurts and good coffee. Clean room and confortable bed. Staff very nice :)

We really liked the location: it was outstanding. Our room was adequate size and we enjoyed the balcony and the view! The staff at the front desk was oustanding! Everyone was friendly and helped us figure out how to navigate the trains and busses! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. And we appreciated how clean our room and the hotel was. We stayed for 2 weeks and we were not ready to depart. We loved our stay so much that we are planning to return from the US to stay next year for 2 weeks! Thank you staff at Helios for making our staying memorable and amazing!

Very clean, bright and well equipped. Very good energy. The owners are lovely and helpful. Very well managed hotel. Short walk to train station and edge of town. 0.4 to 0.5 mile walk to beach. Very good value. on site parking. We had studio with very well equipped kitchenette and balcony.

I loved this hotel - the art deco style in the lobby was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was very well situated for everything in Juan les Pins and the valet parking was great. We also enjoyed the beach, lunch and drinks at its sister hotel the Belles Rives. The terrace was recently renovated but sadly it was too hot for us to use (would be great with some water mist/spray that many places in France provide for the high summer heat). The room was a little dated and lacked some character but it was a good size and a lovely big bathroom. Overall the service and hotel was great and I would happily return.

Location was great. Room was very nice and spacious. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a nice plus. The breakfast was great too. Lot's of options to select from. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
