Much nicer than it seemed as we approached - quiet, very comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Lovely helpful receptionist. Great location for walking our dog - close to stony beach and walking/ cycle route along coast. Generous breakfast.

The problem with a hotel like this one is: Because its a beautiful stay in every sense, I am worried that by giving it a 5* rating everyone will see it and want to stay there, so maybe the next time I book a room it will be full. Its a lovely stay from the moment you walk in until you leave. Fully recommend, it's perfect.

Room was fine but a comfortable chair would be useful; Access and parking was fine. Room was quiet with no exterior or interior noise. Breakfast was adequate and satisfactory. However music in the lobby was too loud and not relaxing while waiting for my visitors! Cleanliness was excellent!

The decor was lovely. The whole duplex apartment was clean. It was well stocked with all the equipment needed to make full use of the Kitchen. The shower was easily accessible & with a shower tool, it would have been exceptional for accessing with mobility difficulties. The shower proportion was very good.

This is a stunning property in a lovely location that has been beautifully renovated and maintained by the host who, along with his family, are exceptionally warm and welcoming. When we ate there we were the only English people staying, and the owners made an effort to keep us involved in the conversation. The food was homecooked and lovely, and we were treated to some of the local wines and produce as well. Truly a great place to relax and unwind

The whole stay was exceptional. The hosts are so welcoming and they have such a beautiful, clean and wonderfully tasteful Manor House. The breakfast was so beautifully presented and we had a different sweet or pastry each morning to try and do relaxing in the breakfast room with lovely classical music in the background to start the day! Absolutely beautiful stay. Would definitely recommend to couples for a stay away. Really good value for money for the experience. Less suitable for children.
