I liked the cleanliness of the room and the wide array of available amenities (snacks, hot drinks, a kettle). The room was quiet and I slept very well on a comfortable bed. The shower was also excellent. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and my request for extended check-out was accommodated without incident or charge.
