Helpful and courteous staff. Free upgrade/ choice between 2 different rooms. Double doors each double glaced opening up to a small balcony with perfect noise insulation. Fabulous breakfast. Amazing situation in the middle of wonderful Biarritz. Very long and interesting walk along the ocean with foot bridges onto cliffs surrounded by the sea. Easy access to underground, public parking right next to the hotel.

People who arrived also were absolutely respectful and kind. Separate spaces at the fridge and cupboard. Great mattress. Perfect firmness. Free coffee & tea if you wanted to. Host let me leave my bag after my checkout… Which I appreciated so much as it was pouring rain out there and being a bank holiday getting to airport was a Bit of a struggle. The ambiance of the cafe downstairs is real beach vibes and we felt right at home here. The staff were also very attentive to our needs and requirements. It was so relaxing chilling there on a Sunday and Monday, so close to the beach, as the weather was stormy on some days. It was so lovely to still be able to look at out over the ocean.ÁineGroup

We booked 2 rooms and they were both lovely and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were great too. We visited in November and it was quiet and relaxing. There was a bit of a storm which made the Ocean view even better, very epic and romantic at the same time! We would love to visit the hotel again soon!

The location is right in the centre of Biarritz next to the market which is brilliant but this is also a downside if you're a light sleeper – the street noises and people having a good time come right into the bedroom.AngelaSolo traveller
