Really appreciated and enjoyed the surprise upgrade to "The Junior Suite" as we decided to stay a few days longer than had originally planned (we extended our stay since the people and area of Arcachon were so nice & good to us)! Somehow the cleaning staff was always able to clean & make our bed... around our non-predictable schedule and yet never be seen by us, just like magic.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, it's a charming hotel and it's located in a less touristy part of Arcachon which I loved. It's located near the port neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.

This wonderful hotel is located in a beautiful residential area where you will find many stunning 19th Century Villas. To get to the centre of Arcachon you have to walk through Parc Mauresque and takes about 15 minutes. This is an elevated area and walking back from town is a nice challenge. The hotel reception was very friendly and informative. Our stay was out of season so we weren't surprised to see renovations taking place on both the inside on the inside and outside. There are many villas in the area so take time out to walk around the side streets. Free wifi and off road parking was a bonus.

It's close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The family was lovely and we're very understanding when we had to get coffee elsewhere for our US palate. I hope the fires weren't too close, we were thinking of you all after we left!

The apartment, although small, was perfect for two guests, with a nice balcony to relax on. . There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The outside of the property is a bit grim, but don’t be put off as the apartment is lovely inside and the host was very attentive.

The port side door out of the building lead you right onto the marina which was lovely! Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. Nearby supermarkets also. The apartment itself was beautifully finished. Just ensure you read the text you receive on arrival regarding locking the door.

This is our third visit to Residhome Arcachon Plazza. Beautiful Town and the Residholme is in the centre of lovely shopping district, on the market square and close to the beach and train station for trips to Bordeaux.
