A great location on the edge of the old town and a short walk from the train station. Check in is 5pm but we went at 2pm to drop off luggage before exploring and delighted to get early check in as room was ready. Room waw clean warm and comfortable and great view of Thiou canal from spacious furnished balcony. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection of breads, pastries, cereal, cheeses, sausages, eggs ,teas and coffees.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants.
