It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

Friendly welcome Fabio showed us all the good places to visit, eat and do Spotless clean Fabio's wife cleans the rooms and replaces towels and toiletries everyday, that's a top service She was very kind and helpful with anything you need They have a storage with everything iron, microwave etc so just ask and they will make the best to provide I saw a lot of comments on room size, I would say its decent, not too small And you have everything you need in there, even a mini-fridge, A/C, TV Bathroom is nice, shower Lovely view in El Carmen neighbourhood Location is the best Right in the heart of the famous El Carmen district with all the street art and good restaurants in a 5 min radius There is a great Tapas bar just 3 min walking You have bus stations nearby connected to all points of interest although walk to Central Market, Virgin Sq, The Catherdal is less than 10 min Price/ quality ratio is unbeatable This will be my go to everytime I come to Valencia
