Everything was excellent! The buffet was very varied. The personnel were really helpful and nice especially Javier at the reception. We had a wonderful holiday.

The house was perfect! We really enjoyed everything about the property. Location was great (just a few meters away from Son Bou beach), it had plenty of space for the whole family (great living room and garden with a big swimming pool with jacuzzi) and the villa was mostly quiet so we definitely enjoyed a few days to rest. Location was also handy, in the center of the island, with many locations around. Car is definitely needed tho. Not much interaction with staff was needed but they were friendly. Would definitely come back!

I was extremely glad that some one called me back when I arrived at the Son Bou Gardens reception office. The reception office was closed at the time. I do not remember the ladies name, but she was very nice and came quickly. She provided me with the keys and gave me a tour of the apartment. I arrived in the off season, so I expected minor problems. I would recommend Son Bou Gardens to other visitors. My advice for over seas visitors, call or send an email before you get there to confirm your reservation to make your arrival more smooth.

Beautiful property, very nicely renovated, it was opened only few months ago but already working quiet well. For such short period of time management and staff who is extremely nice and attentive (which is not the case in every hotel so it should be really appreciated) did a good job with setting up everything so we rate it with 10 considering how long is hotel operating but there were some services mentioned below that could be improved. Room had outstanding view, thank you again for such nice room, we appreciate that as it made our stay exceptional. Great breakfast options, menu very well prepared with several options and also dishes itself were very nice designed and tasty, we enjoyed Spanish meal options a lot. Cleaning was always done during the time when we were on breakfast so super fast.

Beautiful property with great landscaping on a large property. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can go on long walks and down to the beach via a trail path passing through to gates through a picturesque canyon. The beach in April was very nice and empty.
