The location of the hotel in the heart of the city. Close to all city attractions. Holtel at the highest level in terms of equipment and interior design. I especially wanted to praise the staff of the hotel. They were helpful and extremely polite at all times. I felt like a special guest in the hotel. I salute all the staff here.

The hosts, Carlo and Rosa, were so kind and friendly - they offered us everything you could think of and gave us wonderful advice on what to see and do in the city. We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation is in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything you would like to see. The rooms were so clean and had air con too!

Room size was brilliant we ended up being giving an upgrade room, staff were very welcoming and helpful in anything we needed, we paid for breakfast really worth getting it was very good! Location wise was fantastic we could walk every where
