The location of the hotel in the heart of the city. Close to all city attractions. Holtel at the highest level in terms of equipment and interior design. I especially wanted to praise the staff of the hotel. They were helpful and extremely polite at all times. I felt like a special guest in the hotel. I salute all the staff here.

The room was clean and cozy. Hostel is located in a quiet area close to the city center, only 15-20 minutes on foot. Manager was so friendly and helpful! I’m really glad that we spent our time there)

This hotel simply gets better in time! It was our second stay, we came back after 3 years. The hotels architecture and design remain untack, they also opened a brand new part of the hotel - with more spacious and sunny rooms! We actually asked for a room filled with light and they really tried superhard to meet our expectations. And so they did! The location is perfect, you can park your car in the streets nearby and that's free of charge. I especially liked the attention to details: the lobby set in a roofless patio, old posters, original XVI-century azulejos and a chill-out options on the roof! Will be coming back for more!

I rarely saw a team of such kind and professional people. I was travelling by myself and the staff made me feel home for real and helped out quickly and efficiently on all my questions and requests. If you are able, treat yourself to a stay here. Especially if it's in the hotter summer months, when a siesta by the pool after a long day of seeing the beautiful sights is the perfect break. Sevilla ended up being our favorite place in our month-long tour of Spain, and staying in this wonderful piece of history right in the center of it all made all the more special.
