The overall experience was fantastic. The food was simply great with lots of choice. The staff was very attentive and catered to all my needs in preparation for an important Ironman race. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was my favorite place we stayed during our trip to Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. The location was incredible and it made us feel like we had our own private patch of beach. It's located right in the heart of the city but still feels isolated due to being on the water. We also didn't get any city noise in our bungalow. I'm already looking at tickets to come back!

There is a small supermarket just around the corner from the gate entrance. The staff were very friendly, overall a lovely pleasant stay.

The pool was also great and cleaned daily. Joan was amazing and really was a great host. Complimentary drinks on arrival and booked us a taxi to the airport on our departure. Lovely room and great facilities. Would highly recommend. 10-15 mins walk to the beach great pit stops along the way. And lidl only 2 min walk from the apartment for food shopping. We had the best time.

Facilities were good and in particular the kids club activities made it for us. Our daughter had a wonderful time and we were able to relax. The basic room did seem a little tired decor wise, but was very clean. We did upgrade for more space and glad we did. Getting up and down for food from the buffet felt a bit tricky at times with a 4 year old, but it's a good way to feed a lot of people decent food and for the price we felt we got great value overall. Would return.
