Great location - within walking distance to everything - Port, Old City, Market, Restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator for upper floors. They even had beach towels and a Para-Sol to borrow.

We got a bit lost driving through the old town to the hotel as we had forgotten to use the maps link we had been sent but the girls at the desk were incredibly understanding and helpful, one of them even went out to locate my husband where he had parked temporarily and kindly directed him to the hotel car park. Everyone we had dealings with was professional, caring and couldn’t have been kinder to us. This is a beautiful hotel and feels quite special as it is tucked away discreetly. Breakfast was varied and delicious ,with a terrific omelette menu! We will definitely return to stay here.

Breakfast all morning, location is prime, decor is stunning, rooms super comfy, and friendly, professional service. Ask for the interior rooms if you are a light sleeper! if you don't mind sounds, then you will love being front row to the best plaza in palma

Super clean and moderns with nice touches! The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great and they had some really nice products and touches like macaroons in the room

Friendly staff, great room facilities, modern, you can see it was recently renovated. Also great location, in the old center, walking distance to the beach.

Reception was wonderful, a glass of cava on arrival. Stunning rooms and hotel architecture. Breakfast was expansive and incredibly delicious.
