An absolutely perfect hotel, 100 meters from the grand palace! The receptionists were truly splendid, aiding us with all of our requests. Whether it was about water, directions or even champagne (!), the front desk was always manned and ready to help up with our every request. The room was absolutely fantastic, really clean and tidy. The bathroom was beyond expectations, being spacious and spotless every day. It’s location was a plus, being at the center of the city and basically one road away from Puerta del Sol and Plaza d’ España. Use the Opera metro station, for quick transport around the city, but Madrid is totally walkable. There are also a lot of great restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, so do check them out too. All in all, and fearing I might sound repetitive, this might just be one of the greatest experiences from a hotel I’ve been.

Amazing stay. City center, nice staff, clean and cozy room. There are lots of cafe and supermarkets nearby. Had the last time booking but everything went smoothly. Will definitely stay here again.

It is beautifully appointed. The bar and restaurant and café were perfect for our needs and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I found the location accessible to all the areas we wanted to see, but we like walking.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit some of the major art museums and this was in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the balcony, ceiling fan, and "rain" shower head. I also read many of the positive reviews and they were all correct! The staff was fabulous, the location great, and the rooms lovely. It is a short walk to the museums and into town, and to the Atocha train station. There is also a grocery store across the street and many small shops close by. I will totally stay here again when I next come to Madrid!
