I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the room was nice and the sea view is fantastic! The staff was helpful with any kind of matters and very hospitable. The food at the restaurant was tasty. Perfect hotel for a relaxing stay close to Barcelona, highly recommended!

We had the most beautiful stay at Hotel Playafels. The hotel is at a convenient distance from the airport (BCN), by cab 20 minutes tops. We booked a cab through booking.com and it was perfect. Don’t know if it was due to COVID or if it’s it’s distance from Barcelona but it wasn’t crowded anywhere. Nice, authentic Spanish atmosphere everywhere. The rooms and the hotel in general is extremely well kept, tidy and CLEAN. We got an upgrade for free and got the most amazing view overlooking the pool and ocean. Big balconies with chairs and table. We really liked the electric curtains, the overhead shower and the coffeemaker. The whole room was more than perfect and has everything you need. Good breakfast and dinner in restaurant. The pool and pool area is really well maintained and also perfectly clean. Nice sun beds and big parasols if you want to be in the shadow. Free beach/pool towels to lend in the reception, which was great. The hotel sits right on the beach (sand) and WHAT A BEACH! It stretches as far as the eye can see and the quality off the beach was impeccable. Nice surroundings with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We really liked the boardwalk by the ocean and the restaurant Tibu-Ron. But the absolutely biggest reason to come here is the great service and accommodating attitude of the whole staff. In particular the Hotel Manager. She is outstanding and should have an award! We will surely come back! Many greetings from the two Swedish girls in 114 <3

Our room had views out toward the ocean The room was generous in size. Quiet location and picturesque pool and garden area Nice restaurant for guest. Bar area alongside pool area with generous sitting areas. Nice breakfast you can purchase at reception

Great hotel and services.We loved beach next to hotel, perfect beach bar and beach servis. By bus just 50 minutes to Barcelona center from bus stop right in front of hotel. Great restaurants around hotel, the best paella in restaurant "Casa Galega".

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was perfect with national experiences. Around the hotel there are a lot of different markets which work all week, also at weekends. It's a big problem in Spain.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff polite and friendly. The windows completely block the sounds from outside, including the frequent airplanes which we could barely hear.
