The best hotel i have stayed ever in MALLORCA,,have visited MALLORCA 45 times. THANK YOU ALL..

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Receptionist, waiters at bar, restaurant or cleaning staff all have been over the top. It is rare to find a place like that these days. We are from the island and from time to time spend a weekend away so we know a lot of places on the island and our short stay of only two nights made us relaxed like a whole week of vacation. The food was as well amazing. We enjoyed the quiet time out of the season and we will be back! Also I like to mention that we received 2 complementarity items for my birthday and that was overwhelming! Thank you again and see you soon!

This hotel has the most polite, kind, nice and helpful staff you can ever expect. Let alone the hotel itself, that with this "cheap" price offers you a beautiful infrastructure, nice and confortable rooms, rich and tasty breakfast and dinner, everything you need, but the staff is just wonderful! After 2 days we knew all their names and they did more that I could ever imagine even when my wife got fever because of sunburn. They were just wonderful. Ana, the wonderful girl at the restaurant, Toño, a great and nice waiter there, Oliver, the manager, are just three of all the nice people we met there among the staff that helped us enjoy such a nice holiday. All the rest of the staff has been nice and great too. I honestly can't comprehend bad reviews to this hotel, but I have my theory. Often, people expect something that they can't receive (somebody in some review talked about expecting "free tennis", for example). When they don't get it, they get mad and start noticing every little detail which isn't perfect or maybe even start saying that the staff is impolite, because it didn't give them what they wanted. Really, this hotel staff does everything they can to make us have a pleasant stay. They surely managed with us. I want to thank all of them and i'll surely come back here in this hotel in the future!
