When arriving at the hotel you get a personal code to be able to enter the hotel and your room. No bar service at the hotel apart from self service. It suited me perfectly and the system was very simple and worked perfectly for me. Rooms was quite good, no luxury, but nice and clean. The breakfast was very good.

We were given a key code to the room in advance and only needed to register the car at check in. Room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony to see the water. Little walk into Sonderborg but fine and a pleasant walk.

I really appreciate that the hotel did their best to find us a lovely room after I asked for a room on a higher floor. The air condition was a must for us and it worked well and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was great, but after the third or fourth time it gets quite repetitive because it never changes.
