The cloister is unique, in very nice location within the lake area of Bavaria near Chiemsee. Seeon has a extraordinary historical and spiritual atmosphere. The reconstruction of the hotel was costly, perfect and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent incl. domestic honey, pretzels and local bread. Little higher cost of the hotel but appropriate to the "genuis loci" of the whole histrical place wmebdded in a beautiful preserved nature.

Great location, beautiful view, free spacious parking, one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very modern, but still felt homey. We definitely recommend staying here :)

Location is great; close to nice bars and restaurants and right near the lake and ferry. The room and bathroom was modern, clean and quiet. The view was excellent (was a side view but still great). The staff were very pleasant.
