The staff was an extraordinary team of talented, capable, and conscientious individuals who were very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Esteban, Meli, Nicolas, Sarah, Seb, Anila, Ihan, Äska, Rolli, and the others whose names I regret to have forgotten; An extraordinarily positive group of people! The location was particularly convenient- away from the noise and clutter of the train-station, and within walking distance of nearly everything. The breakfast was perfect and worth the cost.

This hotel is really cute and fun! The folks working there were so friendly, helpful, and just nice! The room was a decent size, clean, good details like a full length mirror and nice hangers. The bathroom is good, a little small overall - not much counter space, but the shower is a great size and water pressure is excellent. The bed was firm, but not super hard. There's also a bar in the lobby, which is nice. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't speak to that. The location is very convenient, near the train station, but it's not sketchy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too.

This self-serviced hotel is very close by the Munich North Train station and Central Bus station, both in 10 minutes waking with luggage trolling. The room is comfortable and quiet.Though no front desk staffs available, we can always reach the very helpful staffs in King’s hotel crossing the road. Though no breakfast included in our package, the restaurant downstairs is super delicious and quick serving, very good for travelers who have train to catch. And one day we had our breakfast in King’s hotel, free for kid under 10 before 10:00 am, which is fresh and delicious as well. The laundry in the basement is reserved through Wewash, some residents we met in the laundry room felt difficult to use, but we found it easy to use after spending a few minutes to figure out how the app works which one can find the tutorial through the link in the app.

Awesome place to stay. - Hotel Staff: All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Mohamed at the front desk provided helpful guide to get around the city. - Room: Spacious, super comfy beds. They had the room prepared (with sofa bed set up) ahead of time. - Breakfast: Breakfast was great with excellent selection. It was a bit packed by 8am but there were tables available. - Location: Can't be better - just a short walk away from Marienplatz and right opposite the Central Railway Station (München Hauptbahnhof), with Halal restaurants well within walking distance. Close enough to walk to Deutsches Museum. - Parking: We drove to the hotel, and the hotel provided secure overnight parking (for a fee). We did not bother to drive our car during our stay, and took Uber (to BMW Museum + Welt) and subway as much as possible. - Amenities: Self laundry were also provided (and free of charge) for hotel guests.
