Clean, original and refreshing design, excellent location, top price. Lot's of small unexpected attentions (e.g., constant free access to hot beverages, fruits & croissants). Accommodating to special wishes (microwave). But the highlight is clearly the highly motivated, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff. I felt very welcome.

Best hotel we stayed in Germany (out of 4) and we would definitely go back. Nice hotel, clean lines, spacious room (for three). Very good breakfast (orange juice has definitely space for improvement though) Vert central, perfect to walk aroun and discover the town.

At the reservation I made a mistake, but the staff helped me out to correct it. Thank you again. The breakfast was amazing, the room is huge and very clean. The beds are very comfy. The minibar is a nice treat.

As a middle aged well travelled couple we found every aspect of The Townhouse exceptionally good from its helpful welcoming staff (thanks especially Hannah) to our comfortable well equipped studio and the hotel's convenient central location. We didn't eat breakfast - because we rarely do. But I used the gym and while it was compact it came with towels, water and fruit and excellent equipment. The staff helped us with luggage and made restaurant bookings for us, and changed them when we changed our schedules. We will happily return to The Townhouse in the future.
