Everything, except Gala dinner, chef was terrible and his 5 course meal was also a disaster. we left starving at new years eve, and paid 300 usd per person!!!! other than that everything and staff was great

Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations!
