Check in was wonderful, the staff was so friendly. I speak only a little German (I'm learning) but the woman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful! The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for walking around town and watching the harbor in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

While the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the "old town", we were able to park temporarily in front of the hotel. Inside, the reception was very helpful and friendly, describing the facilities, and providing a street diagram showing the location of the public parking lot reserved for hotel guests (a short little walk). The hotel reception then carried our bags up the staircase to our room on the first floor. And, when checking out, the hotel housecleaning gal insisted on carrying our bags down to the reception. The hotel staff are the most friendly and helpful staff that I have encountered in hotel visits. The hotel has the best location for visiting Greetsiel. The hotel has good dining facilities including an outdoor setting for dinner or relaxing with a beverage.

Super location, very well entratained hotel, super nice staff, excellent breakfast, very nice restaurant...everything really great. The best part is that the hotel is 2 mins from the center of Greetsiel but it is super quiet.

Great breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. It’s quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is a coffeemaker in the room. It’s located 7 minutes to the center, 3 minutes walk to the big supermarket, restaurant and “active park”.
