Rarely have I been so impressed by a hotel’s service, cleanliness and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful, starting by providing directions and recommendations for where to go based on the time I had available. When I mistakenly thought the sink had a defect and reported it, the staff came up immediately to try and rectify it. He explained to me how the drainage worked. The breakfast spread was also superb, with a daily homemade dish. For the morning I was there, it was an excellent French toast. The home was compact, clean and comfortable. The lighting and shower systems were also intuitive to use. There was also a nice minibar, though I didn’t use it. All in all, I felt that Stern am Rathaus was the highlight of my stay in Cologne!

Everything was amazing, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Staff is very nice, room was clean and had an amazing view. breakfast were delicious. Good location as train stations were about 5 minutes away walking.
