Very quiet location, with very nice grounds. A perfect central location for a stay on Ruegen. Reserved but professional and friendly staff. The food is excellent - a varied and plentiful breakfast, and a refined dinner (optional).

It was great place to stay being in Bergen Auf Rügen. Hotel is located in very quiet place surrounded by trees and green areas. Very good food in restaurant and also during breakfast. On top the stuff was very nice and helpful :)

The hotel was absolutely beautiful; nestled in the woods, close to the water. The atmosphere was comfortable, serene, and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing get-away to enjoy the surrounding nature. The spa facilities were wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

having to move before breakfast time, we asked for a packed breakfast. in the evening they gave us a package with sandwich, boiled egg, slice of cake, two fruits. all delicious!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel am Bodden. The family-run hotel staff members were friendly, personable and communicative. It’s not a five star hotel, yet we were pleasantly surprised by the room size, the beds, and especially the fabulous breakfast. It’s 3 minutes away from the harbor, and a short car trip from Putbus and other attractions on the island. It was good value for the money.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Nice staff. Great choice of food for breakfast. Amazing evening restaurant with perfect modern cuisine. We definitely want to come back here in the future.
