La ubicación, frente a la terma y a pasos del ascensor con vista panorámica. Su personal, sobre todo Sussy y Danniel, muy amables y simpáticos. Pedimos un cambio de habitación por la escalera y lo solucionaron enseguida, pese a que estaban completos. El desayuno, delicado y muy rico.

So many things! The standouts included the helpful staff -- really a bonus to have them make recommendations and to give us advice. We were so impressed with the breakfast! Reception was very helpful; I indeed got the transit pass as promised in other reviews, which was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious - coffee on the table upon arrival. Lots of unique outdoor spaces to relax in. I liked that there were bottled refreshments (including beer/wine) available for purchase on the honor system. Location was pretty and quiet.

Staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. We've stayed at this location several times, and I think over the 4 or so times we've been there, things have continuously improved from excellent to outstanding. The management and staff at this location are truly doing a great job.

It is a lovely hotel in an idyllic location, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is walking distance to the Elbe river. It features the wellness area with sauna and the bier garden right next to the house. Our booking included breakfast which was very nice as well. It was in another location with the terrace outlooking the river. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, which is intentional, but you can catch free Wi-Fi in the restaurant and beer garden , if needed. It was a very relaxing stay and we loved it! Thank you!

The view is stunning, restaurant was great for both breakfast & dinner. Excellent help for short hike advice on an all too brief stay, will definitely be back!
