Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

The strong point of this hotel is it's swimming pool and spa area; it looks quite new (unlike the rest of the hotel) and offers four types of sauna, good warm jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

The Roman baths and sauna/whirlpools extended opening hours, which enable the occurrence of finding yourself alone in the pool. Lovely staff, with a proficient level of English. Topnotch room cleanliness with efficient extra measures against covid. Large food selection at the buffet, was unable to try it all. Efficient waiter and waitress, and most friendly chef. Checkout until 11am. Easy travel to/from Prague.
