Every thing was perfect , it is historical beautiful hotel centrally located close to shopping street , the lake and tourist attractions. The staff are very professional at the reception , concierge and room service . They have very beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake at the hotel Gardens. The rooms are very nice good size well equipped . I stay many times in this hotel because it is the best hotel in Zurich in my opinion . We arrived in the morning, and we were already checked in the morning, although we were not supposed to. The room is simply amazing: spacious bedroom, separate toilet, shower, all necessary samples. Also our stay was on the national day of Switzerland and the hotel organized a big party: it seemed like the whole city was there! I liked that the hotel has the opportunity to discuss in advance at the check in desk how the room will be cleaned. The hotel itself has a working area, a sauna, a fitness room, a bar and a cafe. It’s located close to the train station - everything was great! I will remember our stay with pleasure. Thank you so much!
