Uniquely situated in its own private park in the heart of Zurich with views over Lake Zurich and the Alps, the 5-star Baur au Lac offers elegant and luxurious rooms and suites with free minibar use.

Every thing was perfect , it is historical beautiful hotel centrally located close to shopping street , the lake and tourist attractions. The staff are very professional at the reception , concierge and room service . They have very beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake at the hotel Gardens. The rooms are very nice good size well equipped . I stay many times in this hotel because it is the best hotel in Zurich in my opinion . I would like to thank Mr Germy at the concierge for his help and all the hotel staff because I had comfortable stay .

the location was phenomenal, literally a walking distance from everything and only a 2 minutes walk from Zurich Hb train station. the room I stayed in was very clean, spacious and the bathroom was very clean, too. Above all, the staff were soooooo polite and amazing. they elevated the whole experience in Zurich. very friendly, and polite.

    Hotel molt funcional, net i renovat Habitació súper correcte, sense ser molt àmplia però amb espais molt aprofitats Ubicació molt a prop del centre: a 15/20 minuts caminant Si no vols esmorzar a l'hotel, a la Helvetiaplatz (2 minuts a peu) hi ha opcions (John Baker) També molt a prop per sopar The Bite Personal molt amable i facilitador
