The best thing about Hotel Romantica is the hosts. Thor is a very kind and friendly host, he helped us and gave us great advices and directions, was always available for questions and even just to chat and he simply made us feel at home. We also liked the sweet dog and cat that welcomed us every morning and evening. Our room was cozy and clean, and felt new and stylish with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was great and also the location, close to the main street of Zermatt. We will definitely come back here when we visit Zermatt again. Ohad and Noa
