Excellent service and most friendly owners/staff: always smiling, helpful, driving us to the village - This was definitely the highlight of our stay even if it was just for 1 night. I wish we stayed longer, and definitely planning on coming back to Crans just to stay there:) also very cozy/aunthentic chalet vibe in the hotel. We got upgraded for our room, and we had such a cozy room with nice balcony. I must say also that the hotel was very clean. Lastly, you need to try the cheese raclette at the restaurant - so tasty, and dinner next to a fire made the evening even better.
