Room offered great view from the balcony and the main train station to get to Zermatt is just stone throw's away from the hotel, making it easier for visitors to commute with handful of luggage. Room was also quite spacious and very clean. Hotel also offers free parking for tenants.

Amazing little hotel with fantastic rooms. Beautifully decorated in a cozy vintage style which charmed us immensely. The reception were very kind: on the day of the checkout we paid the bill and left the hotel. Later we called them and they sent us our luggage by taxi to the train station. Couldn't be any friendlier! Highly recommend.

The rooms have their own green terrace. It's part of the hotel with free access to the wellness area. There is a family space in the wellness which allows one parent to enjoy the adult area while the other stays with the child. It's equipped with toys and also small space with a little play kitchen and seats. The restaurant Hornex has the play area, so you can enjoy meal while your little one plays.

View of the Matterhorn was amazing. Spa + pool facilities were really impressive. Staff exceptional service. Free cake + coffee in afternoon is added bonus.
