The room was very nice, the cascade shower was amazing after a long day of travel. The hotel is right across the street from the train station that services Zermatt. They allowed me to keep my car parked there for a few days while I was staying in Zermatt for just 8 euro per day, which was very convenient. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

They were great hosts! I felt taken care of even before I checked in. Once I arrived, they provided awesome recommendations for things to see, do, and eat. The view from my room looked like a postcard, absolutely gorgeous. If I ever get the chance to return to Zermatt, I'm definitely staying here again.

The alpen resort hotel was really a good experience, the room was very large, and very clean, the bathroom was extremely clean and big with all you would wish for, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and listening to each client and offering help, u get the pickup and drop off service on time for train transfers, i will definitely come back and i strongly recommend it

I found very tasty like their overnight oats. I’d give breakfast a 9/10 Hotel was literally 30 seconds from teh train station which was excelled had a shuttle to zermatt every 20 Mins. The hotel also has a good restaurant and Tourism office is right next to , also many other restaurants , gas station and super markets. The Gym , Jacuzzi and Sauna were very relaxing too !
