We loved the recently renovated rooms and indoor facilities. Excellent spa area, very friendly staff, secured parking next door (12 CHF / night), and a very decent Italian restaurant on site.

Excellent menu, preparation, and presentation of the evening meals all three days. Also, an extensive wine list. Overall, the restaurant for the evening meals was very good and a good value. Breakfast was suitable but not above average. I seem to recall an extra charge for an egg cooked to order.

A big thank you to the hotel manager. He drove 1 hour I the middle of a snow storm to come and bring us safely to the hotel on the New Years Eve.

Absolutely a great experience. From the room to the staff, the restaurant and the included cable car tickets. Very friendly staff both at reception and the restaurant. Breakfast, staff and the SPA are 10/10.

1) Very nice single room, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom, all spotless 2) Extremely friendly people, which is a plus event though it's a self check-in place 3) I regretted arriving too late for dinner, because the restaurant looked very inviting 4) The self check-in process is simple and convenient (provided you have a working smartphone)
