Hungary
Super friendly staff and helpful, all spoke German and some of them spoke English. Had a Delicious Pizza for dinner with a drink in the restaurant, which is quite elegant. If you are coming from the centre of Switzerland during the winter, make sure to bring snow chains or drive a 4x4, because this hotel is over the Berninapass. Or take the train, that stops right next to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke more than enough English for us to get by. When we arrived we were advised to book dinner in the restaurant and weren't disappointed. We had a great meal and were looked after by a very friendly and helpful waitress. 10/10 would stay here again when we come back to Switzerland.
