The hotel service is good, and it is kept clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony room, it has a good view, and the double room is a little smaller, but also good. The location of the hotel is also good, and It's next to the cable car station. Unfortunately, since we went to the Jungfrau, we were not able to have dinner in the hotel. The Eiger Guesthouse blew us away. This was our first time in Switzerland and it could not have been any better. The room was incredible, the view was breathtaking and the entire staff couldn’t have taken better care of us. We are planning to return during ski season and will definitely be staying there again.
