Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. Položaj i uređenost objekta je fantastična. Na mirnoj lokaciji, a opet u centru ste za par minuta. Uz sve poslovne obaveze kada uđete u dvorac osjetite olakšanje i opuštenost. Osoblje vrlo uslužno i spremno uvijek pomoći. Sobe prostrane i velike. Pogled i bar su nezaboravni.

The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

The rooms were very cute and clean. Newly renovated. They were very kind to accommodate early check in for us. We were travelling with children and it was very cold. They helped us with the self check in too, we were facing some problem with it though it was very simple to do. They also stored our luggage on the last day while we spent some time more in the City. It was an amazing stay. The location of the hotel is superb. They are right on the banks of the river. The top floor room window has beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. 10 on 10 from us. We loved our stay here.
