Great breakfast, most comfortable bed (more comfortable than one I slept on in a 5-star hotel in Switzerland), quiet, great view, great bathroom, owner works very hard to make everything run smoothly, the clean, quiet bus down to the city center stops at the hotel on an extremely regular schedule allowing you to not bring a car; the walkway down to the city center is very interesting because you pass between houses--an old system of stairs and trails allows you to walk to or from the city center if you want a good workout

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights and were very pleased with it. The room was very clean and comfortable and the AC worked extremely well which was very welcome after long hot days out exploring. It is situated in a great location with many shops and restaurants as well as Lago Maggiore in walking distance. The gentleman working there was exceedingly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. The breakfast was delicious and we were very well attended to for that as well!
