The hotel owner (not sure if it is) was very warm and humorous at the reception, actively introduced the tour route, and was very detailed. The room is big, too. The front of the hotel is open and comfortable. The only drawback leaving the hotel and climbing with the line is very tiring. Dinner reservations available

The staff were helpful and kind in response to every question or request for assistance. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and the view from the breakfast room/restaurant can’t be beat.
