Our Amazing Room - On arrival the Hotel was full and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to The Coco Chanel Suite which was amazing, we were speechless as the verandah, room and view were the best we have ever stayed in on our travels around the world. We had a top floor room with a balcony overlooking the rooftops and the lake, with a few of the mountains too. It was a beautiful location. It was close to the train station, but also really close to the old town sights. We really enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. The front desk was helpful with suggestions. There is a nice selection of italian,swiss,Steak house (Churrasco) 2mn walking,a super market is just infront of the hotel with everything you need (Coop).Our big room had a balcony with a little table and two chairs and an incredible view on Lausanne and the lake Leman. The ladies at the desk are extremely nice and always there to help.
