It was a beautiful experience at this hotel. They go way and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautiful crib setup with a soft toy for my baby boy was very thoughtful. I also had a delayed baggage issue because of which I did not have my baby stroller with me but the manager of the hotel offered me her own stroller free of charge to use for the 3 days we stayed there. Location is restaurant is amazing too specially the pizza. Also the little playground and mini go kart is a treat for the little kids. Book now for your stay at Gstaad and you won't regret.

It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. The staff and service were just incredibly good and loyal. They let us checkout later as we were on a balloon flight, and they brought us something to eat even though the breakfast was already finished.
