Location, and service. A wonderful spacious room, with a stunning view. we would wake up early every morning excited to be in the balcony. Clean facility, and great catering. The staff made the stay memorable. they would book Resturaunt’s, drive us up and down to downtown, lights our fireplace, recommend attractions, to name a few things they did. Fantastic Property. Central location 5 minutes from train station and main street shops and restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly, meals at restaurants on property were phenomenal. Half Board option for hotel guests was a great touch - four course menu that changes nightly and keeps things fresh. Beautiful amenities as well - spa and indoor pool were very nice. Would stay again in a heart beat if returning to Gstaad.

The staff were kind and fantastic, Bouchra, Marco, Ivan, Nick and Milton, and provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. The restaurant’s food was very delicious and we were so happy that the chef catered to our allergy requirements (without black pepper). The location is fantastic and the price was very good. The decor is beautiful.
