The rooms are beautifully decorated in a homely fashion. The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, an absolute delight to stay at the hotel. The spa area is another delight to relax and enjoy nicely heated pool plus sauna and steam bath rooms. The location is ideal if you want to use train or stroll in town close to all happenings in the lovely town of Gstaad. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay and hope to visit it at another time again. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a nice guest lounge if you have a small room for a break out area. The hotel offers a free pick up service from the station if you have luggage and has parking underneath . The better rooms are the larger ones with balcony , so pay more the upgrade if you can . Stayed for 10 days to visit my son at the local school during the busiest time of year being mid -feb .

We were lucky and got an upgrade from a delux Double to a Master Suite for free. The suite was actually a 1bedroom appartement in an adjacent Chalet, just next to the Hotel. The restaurant in its own is an absolutely treat ( very romantic winter garden with several fireplaces) The food was excellent and the staff truly fantastic. I can only recommend this Hotel.
