Host provided instructions on how to self check-in. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet and they brewed coffee for us. They helped us with ll the information related to parking lots, directions and so on. Bonus: they gave us a 2-day card which we could use for public transportation in Geneve for free.

The hotel is not exactly central but it is basically in a mall so everything is readily available in case you want to go shopping. The hotel staff at the reception was really kind and attentive, we had a small medical emergency and they were ready to recommend a nearby hospital and even called them to check if we could be seen. They are also dog friendly.
